Submission of presentations for publication
The LOC Scientific Organising Committee invites all presenters of lectures to submit their presentations for publication in PDF format. We encourage you to use this opportunity to publish extended information that cannot be included within the limited space of an abstract.
The presentation in PDF format will be displayed on the e-poster kiosks at the congress venue during the EUROCORR 2023 Congress and published on the Congress website and in the EUROCORR 2023 Mobile App. The presentation in PDF format will be accessible for registered participants only on the congress website and in the Mobile App.

Deadline for submitting presentations for publication
The deadline for submitting presentations for publication is 22 August 2023.
Important:
- The PDF presentation for publication you submit through the online form can be different from the presentation you will present at the congress.
- Please know that the PDF file you submit for publication will NOT be automatically transferred to the lecture halls. It will solely be exhibited on the kiosks and published on the Congress website and in the mobile app.
- All presenters are asked to bring a presentation they will present at the congress to the “Speakers’ Ready Room” at the congress venue on a USB (memory stick) in PPTX or PDF format (please visit https://www.eurocorr2023.org/instructions-for-oral-sessions/ for detailed information).
